This two day course will take you through the world of coffee from seed to cup, touching on its history, botany, processing and trade. We will taste coffees from around the globe as well as from your local supermarket, and there will also be a chance to try some hands-on roasting! Coffee and its many brewing methods will be explored, with a chance to try your barista skills on our professional machines. This course gives a good introduction to the world of coffee so that you can then choose specific areas of interest for more detailed or advanced training.
