Whether you prefer single origins or blends, we will try to guide you through the process of roasting and blending for espresso, the tasting of both specialty and commercial beans, and how to recognize a good shot when you taste it. This is a course where hands-on is key, and from a choice of beans you will be able to create your perfect espresso!
