Brewing & Blending

This course is run by biologist and roastermaster, Morten Munchow, who is a pioneer of teaching and training at a scientific level. You will look at brewing methods and the best practice to achieve perfectly extracted coffee, these are explained through a series of simple experiments. Later on you will go through the procedures required to develop your own coffee blend, perfect for those who want to create a strong and reliable product range in their shop.
