All about our courses

As a coffee industry training facility we offer a high level of training courses including three levels of Barista skills, Latte Art, Cupping, Roasting, Brewing, Milk Chemistry and the new VRQ City and Guilds Barista Qualification.

With over 20 years experience in the coffee industry from the Bean to the cup we have established ourselves as one of the leading training organisations. We have access to some of the best speciality coffee in the world (via Mercanta) and only use trainers who excel in their area of expertise to ensure a high level of knowledge and training is passed onto our students.

We run daily courses from 10am to 4pm which include both theory and practical skills using a variety of espresso machines and café equipment. The courses are for small groups typically a maximum of 6 students to ensure one on one time for each student with our trainers.

The aim of our training school is to offer Individuals, Cafes and coffee establishments a comprehensive insight into the quality end of the coffee market
