What you can do to your routine to ensure the extra point are added with ease
How to present yourself, the judges table and your work station
Timings, how long you should be spending on each part of your routine to ensure you are within the time allocated
Regulations, serving drinks to your own taste is one thing, make sure you are serving to the competition regulations
Tableware, what is appropriate and within regulations
Preparation, ensuring you use your set-up time wisely to make your routine hassle-free and easy
Language and vocabulary, you will have to talk to the judges, what should you be saying?
Signature drinks, ideas on what will work well in presentation, preparation and most important - taste

Let's be honest, entering the UK Barista Championship isn't easy, you need to dedicate time, money, research and hard work to be in with a chance of winning.
